When you give to BFLS Incorporated, 100% of your donation funds research for treatments and ultimately a cure for Börjeson-Forssman-Lehman Syndrome. Development of research for BFLS has the potential to not only help children diagnosed with BFLS, but also furthering research in other conditions related to PHF6 mutations, such as leukemia .
Our volunteer-run organization is a California nonprofit corporation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
We’ve partnered with Zeffy! Zeffy is a unique tool for 501 (c)(3) non-profits like BFLS Incorporated where we can collect donations, host event tickets and raffles, all free of charge for the non-profit!
Other platforms usually charge non-profits like us a small fee to transact funds, even if they’re donations to non-profits, while Zeffy is funded through donors if they choose to also donate to the Zeffy Platform (completely optional of course).
If you prefer to only make a donation to our non-profit, just select “other” when prompted to donate to the Zeffy platform and enter the amount you’re comfortable with, or $0 if you’d prefer to support the platform another time.
